Me & My Bike
I managed to get what appears to be a fairly decent mountain bike for about US$140 but appearances are deceptive as they say. All the Chinese say, "Paio Liang," meaning beautiful, as it does stand out from the preacher style of riding that most of the locals use. Of course their intention is get to get from A to B without working up a sweat unlike moi who tends to adopt a Kamikaze approach to his rides. Most bicycles cost between US$30-50 and for some people are still too expensive.
The locals will always stare at something they are not used to seeing and me in ny cycling gear is something they don't see very often.
