The apartment is in the Kalorama triangle, between Dupont Circle, Woodley Park and Adams Morgan, It is close to everything while tucked away in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Woodley Park Metro Station is a 6 minute walk away. The Dupont Circle Metro Station is 12 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is bright and sunny with seven windows, a skylight and hardwood floors. Located on the top floor at the back corner of the building it faces south and west.

It is available for rent for periods of one year and above from June 20, 2005. I am looking for a qualified responsible tenant to rent my home while I am overseas.

Apartment Details

640 square feet. One bedroom, entrance hall, living room, kitchen and bathroom (with full bath). Two electric in-wall heating/cooling units. Dishwasher, gas cooker and microwave. Two large storage closets, an overhead storage space and a wardrobe. The apartment is wired for high-speed cable internet. The building has a laundry room, elevator, and a bike storage room. Sorry, no dogs are allowed to live in the building.

Rental Details
