Holidays with psychological counseling / therapy

I am a fully qualified Psychologist, trained Hypnotherapist and Therapist in Autogenic Training and Relaxation Therapy.
I can offer to combine an individual holiday stay at our farm with therapeutic work. This possibility is ideal for people, who wish to relieve the pressure of everyday life and who enjoy sunshine, nature, animals and the sea and who, within this calming environment can gain more knowledge's about themselves or who can resolve personal problems.
I can help you to help yourself on dealing with life-problems and as a guide to resolving personal difficulties.

Mainly I do work with the following

Analytical guided talking sessions: compassionate listening and focused questioning very often helpful to reviewing personal mental attitudes and values, and to seeing old problems from a new point of view.

Hypnotherapy: the therapeutic trance is an altered state of consciousness with the
Emphasis on working with the inner self. The conscious mind is calmed down to give the subconscious mind an opportunity to express itself, and help to solve a problem.
Intellectual understanding and „knowing" are not in themselves decisive factors for working on negative feelings.

Hypnoanalysis or Regression: is a guided return, in trance, to the time and place in which a trauma originated. The thought processes and emotions of the time, when seen in context, are better understood, and it is clear that past events and thoughts cannot influence the present or the future if they are let go.

The Farm as a Seminar - place

The possibility is offered to use our „Estate" for seminars. It contains a 70 m x m room. In one corner is a built-in kitchen. Stairs outside lead to the 30 m x m wooden sleeping deck, fitted with two double beds and mattresses. Using the Outside-stairs you also can reach the 70 m x m flat sun roof with turrets providing a beautiful view to the surrounding landscape and the sea.
