| You've heard of St. John, St. Thomas or maybe St. Martin. Well now there is the little known tropical paradise of St. Chaz. You won't find it on a map of the Carribean. It is closer to ...well, ok, it's in Missouri. But, aside from the fact that there's no ocean here and we have occasional winters, the place is practically tropical. We are only half a mile from the water (the Missouri River). Our summers can hit 105F with 80% humidity (if that ain't tropical, tell me what is). | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Actually this is the web site of a fun-loving couple who believes living in the tropics is a matter of attitude as much as location. Furthermore, the main feature of this site is our travelogue, Miata Odyssey, which tells the story of our recent trip from St. Charles, Missouri (a.k.a. St. Chaz) to the Gulf Coast of Florida and parts south. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
