On September 10th '99, shortly after our return home from Greece, we held something of an informal wedding reception for our loved ones, in order to 
provide them with a feeling of the wedding, since no one was there to 
attend the ceremony. 
40 of our closest family and friends were invited, but unfortunately only 
25 could make it. But we all had fun anyway! We had rented a beautiful 
place with wooden interiors, overlooking the sea, and hired a friend of mine, 
who brought her husband, to help out.

We had a videotaping of the wedding ceremony, and people actually said they felt like they were there, in Greece, and several sobs could be heard in the crowd.
We served a buffet, and also had a wedding cake and people had brought us presents, so it felt real in every way. It seemed like they all enjoyed themselves; the last ones headed home at 6 a.m.

It was night, it was dark, and we used cheap cameras, so unfortunately most pictures turned out -yes- DARK! I'm sorry for that...
