OK - so I didn't show up for a couple of days. That doesn't mean that I have given up. Not by any means. It could be that I have been very busy for a couple of days and haven't had time to write or that I haven't been near a computer for a couple of days. Whatever, here I am, back again.

The topic today is the strength of a mother's instincts. Could a highly trained hired female killer turn into a law-abiding existence of normal family life based on the fact that she is pregnant? That seems to be the premise of Kill Bill - Volume 2. A bit far fetched, you say. Yes I agree. In the movie, just after she finds out she is pregnant, a transformation takes place in the main character played by Uma Thurman. Not only that, the female hired killer who had been sent to kill Uma is talked out of killing her based on the fact that she is pregnant. And then  she says "Congratulations" as she leaves. Well, it is fiction, but it was entertaining.
