1.  To join the site you must have some portion of your page dedicated to captive breeding or propagation of aquatic specimens. Whether it is a mission statement or a list of species or specimens that you are currently breeding/propagating, etc...

2.  Your site must serve a goal towards the captive propagation of aquatic speices, ie it should not JUST be a personal page about your tank. It can include articles, pictures, or diagrams about propagation, discussion boards about propagation, or DIY plans for propagation/breeding systems. 

3.  Your site can be commercial, but it can not contain adult material, and it must contain the ring logo and what not somewhere on the page(s).
