Transferable Skills
Both through my work at Sinara, and during my time at university, I have taken active roles in group projects, requiring co-ordinated teamwork within groups of between three and ten people. |
Setting up a society at university required much initiative and self-confidence. Through my tenacious attitude I managed to build the society into a respected group with over 100 members. |
My work at Sinara has involved much work both within teams, and on a one-to-one basis with clients. Much of this has been under stressful conditions where the ability to successfully identify and solve problems in a hostile environment has been essential. |
Working within a small company has meant that the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in short periods of time has been frequently required. My solid education base in a core range of technical and management techniques has supplied me with many skills which I am able to apply to new situations |
Interests
In the past I have travelled extensively, including trips around Europe & Asia. I love foreign cultures, and welcome the chance to work abroad. |
Throughout my time at university I enjoyed presenting a weekly show on university radio. |
I have a broad-minded view of life and am keen to investigate areas that have not yet gained scientific acceptance. At university I set up a student society to investigate the paranormal, and since then I have attended meetings of several other groups in similar areas. |
