Sybil was recently commissioned as a "Colonel" in The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels by Governor Paul E. Patton of that fine state.  She is proud to accept her duty as an “ambassador of goodwill and fellowship around the world.”  On this Independence Day, 2000, we are feeling optimistic and fortunate as we look back on the difficult days since our return to the States and the manner in which we’ve been able to deal with them.
