We had an hour in Cannes, and I took a few shots, but they were just of a city.
Later we stopped at a perfume factory.
While I found this rather boring, I did discover I had almost no sense of smell. I couldn't detect any smell in most of the samples I was given to sniff!
This village, apart from being beautiful, used to be the hangout for artists such as Picasso, who paid for their lodging, etc., with paintings.
All of the town was a maze of shops selling art works.
We later finished with dinner in a spectacularly beautiful place, something sur Loup, but being right in it, I couldn't get a decent photograph.
We got back at 9.45 for a 10pm departure, which was cutting it a bit fine!
