The ship went (for us) from Deck 3, where one got on and off, to deck 12, the Sports Deck. In this picture we are in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. The tender is loading passengers.

I spent a good bit of time on Deck 11, the Lido Deck, which had the buffet eating area, and the pool.

At the end of the pool, one of the many bands played from time to time:

A lot of entertainment was provided by the ship's entertainment group. Teresa, Inger and Daniel appear below in the Amateur Show.

They and others ran social events, bingo, the disco and karaoke, and so on. The entertainers who appeared in the big dance shows could also be seen running the library during the day.

Here they are another time.

..and here with passengers, among them Irene from my table.

This gentleman was one of the two who ran the disco, but I have forgotten his name, in spite of gossiping with him for a while during our Panama Canal trek! Here he shows a group of new passengers around.

Here Inger runs one of the health events, basketball throwing. The sports courts were completely enclosed, preventing a lot of volleyballs and such polluting the high seas. It was always a bit windy for volleyball, I thought!

This contest, run by Daniel, was for a ship made on board, which would float in the spa pool, and carry a load of beer cans. There were two superb entries, but this one was like a Starship Enterprise, so I took it.

And lastly a look at the Rubens Lounge, where the entertainments were held, and disembarkations, etc.
