The East London Museum is situated at the top of Oxford Street near Frere Hospital and the Guild Theatre - quite close to our place. We sometimes pay the museum a visit (all the photos on these 2 pages were taken on 23/07/2000) - especially when it is cold or wet and windy. There are many exhibits on Human History and Natural History - the most important exhibit being the first found coelacanth.
