The architecture of Normandy has survived a long history that has spanned many centuries. So many towns have famous cathedrals and castles which we have read about in our history books or seen in paintings.

The Abby at Jumiege was founded in 654 AD and once housed 900 monks and 500 servants. the main church dates to the 11th century
