| Out of a common prayer and burden, the brothers came down to fellowship with the elders in KL and PJ, and, later, with all the churches in Peninsular Malaysia, concerning the Lord's leading and desire to have an on-jobbers' conference to sound the call for full-timers who would be given the perfecting to carry out the work of expansion in Peninsular Malaysia. the churches were all in one accord concerning the Lord's leading. By the end of August 1990, close to twenty sants responded to that call, of which only seven were accepted. it was a small beginning, but it was, nevertheless, a definite beginning, a beginning that has not stop growing. While only seven were accepted, the rest of the on-job sanits in various localities in Peninsular Malaysia were given weekly perfecting in the north, central and south regions of the Peninsular that lasted for more than a year. | Back to Main Menu

The full-time training actually commenced on the first day of November 1990. On the third day Brother Lee arrived in PJ, coming to Peninsular Malaysia for the last and richest occasion. Earlier, the elders in peninsular Malaysia wrote a corporate letter to Brother Lee inviting him to come to Malaysia to lead the churches here, in particular, to give us the guidance with regard to the upcoming full-time training. Although no specific instructions were given concerning the training directly, Brother Lee's rich and profound ministry of the word did indicate what training is all about: all our trainings need nothing less than a deeper dispensing of the Divine Trinity for the building up of the Body of Christ! The work of expansion really is a matter of the divine dispensing of the the processed and consummated Triune God in His economical divine Trinity! |
| One of the main burdens of the full-time training was to help the ones undergoing perfecting to see God's New Testament economy, and then to receive the Lord's commission to go forth and bear remaining fruit. They would be helped to become organic and vital members, able to coordinate with other members to beget, feed, teach, build, multiply and expand, for the building up of the Body of Christ in both essence and scope. In particular, we desire to see more lampstands raised up in major localities in Malaysia. |  |

The training mainly followed Brother Lee's weekly messages released in Anaheim, namely, the two annual trainings, messages released by Brother Lee in the FTTA, and his conference messages. The divine dispensing in God's economy and the practice of the vital groups were emphasized. Life, truth, service and character were also stressed. The actual practice was (and still is) to go out to do the work of gospelization by ministering Christ into people, begetting them. Then, these new ones would be cherished and nourished through constant feeding with the rich word of the ministry. Then, they would be taught the truth for their perfecting. lastly, they would be helped to speak for God, speak with God, and speak forth God. The new ones would also be helped to be normal, functioning vital members, doing the same work as we do: to build up the Body of Christ, to consummate the New Jerusalem. |
