The two most precious gifts I have ever received are my children, Jason and Kayla. I feel
blessed to be their mother. I wish them both love & happiness, strength & intelligence, humor,
security & independence in their lives. I wish for them all the things I never had & the
opportunities that passed me by. I wish for them long, prosperous lives. I love my son & my
daughter.
Jason is a senior at Va. Tech majoring in Environmental Science. He wants to be a game
warden/park ranger after graduation. He's loved the outdoors all his life. Hunting, fishing &
camping have filled his days & nights since he was a small boy. He works as a life-guard &
teaches swimming lessons when not in school. Jason is a smart, handsome young man with an
intriguing life ahead of him. He makes his mother proud.
Kayla is 'a chip off the old block'. She's her mother's daughter in every way! I see in her so
much of myself, emotionally & physically. I know that I tend to cling to her, maybe too much,
but I feel she needs to be protected from so many things out there. She's an outgoing, friendly
little girl, popular & a top student at her school. Among her interests are playtime with friends,
pets, Nickelodeon, conversation, arts & crafts, baseball (YES!) & swimming at the beach. I pray
that life will hold her gently, for she is a delicate flower. |
