powdered bottles and immense barrels immerged in the
obscurity of undergrounds are secrets in the production
of the more nobleman drink: the Champagne. The production of the first Champagne is due to Dom Perignon, monk French. The Champagne is considered the King of the Wines, because it has aroma and flavor of the wine which it is done, besides its cheerful and bubbling movement. The word champagne is defined as a product foamy natural, result of a second natural fermentation of wine base. Two are the processes used in the production: the system Champenois with fermentation in the own bottle, and the system Charmat accomplished in great recipients. The Champagne is classified as Brut, Dry, Demi Sec, Sweet and Sweet Middle. The champagne has to be drunk in low temperature. Several companies produce champagne in Garibaldi.
