Apartments located in a quiet village, in a typical house recently modernised. Suitable for relaxing stays, summer and winter sport activities. Situated near Male' (the centre of the Val di Sole) and near ski centres Marilleva Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio, Passo del Tonale and Natural park Dello Stelvio.

Description:

• 8 independent apartments (single, double, triple rooms) + living room with kitchen equipment, 1/2/3 bathrooms. Each apartment has 4/6/8/10 beds.
• Small pets allowed.

• Each apartment consists of kitchen equipment with refrigerator, TV, cutlery, quilts and covers.
• Tavern with small bar, TV and video common to all clients.

Conditions:

Rates include :

cold and hot water, heating, final tiding up with exclusion of kitchen blocks which remains with loading of the host.

On payment:

Bed clothes €. 15.00 to person and change.

washing machine €. 5.00 for one use.

The beginning and the end of the stay:

From Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 4pm, departure untill 10 am.

Deposit pertaining to bail:

Euro 100.00 for apartment to be poured with the arrival refundable at the beginning after the control of same.

Note:

Penal for missed cleaning angle cooking Euro 30.00.

In the apartments where it is possible to ad 1 bed, the cost rise of  to agree.
