The villa is situated more or less 2 km from Ferragudo, only few drive minutes far from several restaurants and cafes. It lies over the haven of Portimão/Ferragudo. It offers a fantastic view to the sea, the lighthouse of Ferragudo and the landscape. The attractive poolvilla is located very quiet and privat.

The typical portuguese luxusvilla consists on large livingroom with fireplace, SAT-TV, stereo, telephone and telefax. The topmodern kitchen is full equiped, for example dishwasher, microwave, washingmachine. There are also a separate diningroom, 2 bedrooms and an extra guesttoilette. On the first floor you find the "MasterBedroom" with bathroom and entrance to the large roofterrace, which offers a fantastic panoramaview.

The villa is surrounded of a nice garden, a swimmingpool, the sunterrace and a Barbecue-fireplace. There is a community tennisplace.

Wonderful kilometerlong beaches with clipps or romantice bays are attainable with the car. Some simple, but good restaurants are near by.
