PDW 2001 PRECONFERENCE TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

TUESDAY, JANUARY 30
An exciting visit to Boomtown 1910. Enjoy a Saskatchewan meal at the Western Development Museum. Later take the opportunity to step into the past as Boomtown comes alive with interpreters in period costume adding a touch of old-fashioned Saskatchewan hospitality. Take part in an old west casino and finish the evening off with a dance.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31
Enjoy a western brunch at an old country saloon. Take part in the sleigh rides through the Saskatchewan country-side and try your luck at the maze. Be careful not to break any old western Saskatchewan laws or find yourself in the middle of a Kangaroo Court. Later take part in a fast paced Scavenger Hunt while giving yourself a tour of the University of Saskatchewan campus. Finish off the day by checking out all the little shops on Broadway Avenue.
