NovoTel - This is a 5 star very expensive and nice hotel in Bogor. It is right next to the golf course as well. Crawford Lodge - This is not really a hotel but has the feel of a private home. They have a number of large rooms, a nice outdoor swimming pool and the delux room is around Rp 200,000. This is a great place for a short business trip to Bogor and often is used by foreigners. (Jl. On the Bogor-Bandung Road

• KFC - before going over Puncak but after the turn for Taman Safari is a KFC. Across the street is a Country Dounuts shop. This is perhaps the only place you can get some Western food on this road to Bandung.

• Puncak Pass Hotel - This is a good place to stop for lunch or even to stay over night.  It is on the eastern side of Puncak and usually less crowded and not as loud as other places on the western side of the mountains.
