What do you do when you're hungry and feel like having a picnic? For the hunger, you buy a dozen rolls from Shoprite and four packets of 'slap skyfies' (hot chips) (french fries) from the nearest fisheries (don't forget to have a fall-out with the nice counter assistant about whether or not you received a till slip). As for the picnic bit, pool your funds, go to the closest Pep Stores and buy the cheapest blanket (R34.95); jump on a train and jump off again when you see a spot that meets your fancy. Then, of course sit on the rocks so you *can't* use the blanket. A friendly hint: if you decide to put your Fanta in the ocean to keep it cool, remember where you put it.
