Edith Hall and CaribISP
I was working for a company called CaribISP owned by Edith Hall.
She has done so many things, it isn't funny. I worked for the
month of September and when it came time for me to get paid
for my commissions in October, she never collected any money from
the customers so she said I didn't make any. I should have made
about $2000 that month. Around the 8th of the month, I went to the
labour board office and complained about it. William Swann said
he wouldn't do anything about it. Through this ordeal, I
discovered I was working illegally on the island without a permit.
I went through all the correct procedures, but Edith Hall never
did the final steps on getting it done. The government should
have fined her $5000 for not paying me and for employing me
illegally, since the island is corrupted, they did nothing.
The main page from the internet site (which is about 300 pages)
was brought into the company
by me. Edith Hall promised to pay me for the design of the
site. SHE NEVER DID. In fact, she even had the nerve to come
to my apartment with 2 police officers to try and get it from me.
She didn't get it.
She never paid her bills on time. In fact, almost the entire time of the
webpages existence, access to change the site was not there at all
since the servers were waiting to get paid.
She owed people hoards of money.
When I was leaving the island. Her husband, who drinks and drive like
most Turks and Caicos people was sucking back a beer in the airport.
The next day, I notice the site is back up. This also is a long story
by Jon Thompson (Cable and Wireless) about his lieing, but it is another subject
altogether. This time, it is up
illegally. Cable and Wireless will not remove it. So they are
hosting this knowing 100% the site is stolen.
When the site was taken off the internet for more than 1 month from
her not paying bills she acted like nothing happened. Bonnies
Restaurant phoned her up when I was there and they asked her
straight out what is up with the site. They said she replied
that it was online and she didn't know what they were talking about.
There is so much BS that Edith Hall has done, it could actually
become a book. I know most islanders are like this. So
to her, it is no big deal.
