Provo Fun Cycle
      We rented a jeep from Provo Fun Cycle and enjoyed only half an hour of it before it broke down. We were in the middle of nowhere when this happened. There were no trees or ocean to cool ourselves down at nearby.
      Two of us went walking for help to the closest house which was about 1/2 hour away by foot. When we phoned them, there was no answer and so we had to leave a message. We tried phoning Comfort Suites, they helped us by giving us the owners home telephone number after about 15 minutes of complaining about what happened and saying we are stuck with this broken down jeep. When we phoned the owners home number, we got some person who didn't speak english. After about 5 minutes try to get someone on the phone who spoke english, we were told that the person we need is not around and that they will try to contact the person. The person phoned back about 30 minutes later and said there will be someone coming to the house in about 30 minutes. One of walked back to tell the other people what was happening, while the other waited for the help to arrive.
      It was about 2PM and was really hot that day so this walk can really tire even the strongest man out. We waited and waited for about 2 hours when 2 Haitian people came who didn't speak any english. They fixed it.
      We waited about 3-4 hours and wasted an entire afternoon since the sun exhausted all of us out.
      provo Fun Cycle didn't even make an apology which we were expecting from the "Friendly people" we heard all about in the bogus Department of Tourism Website.
      The Turks and Caicos Islands is full of liars and non of them should be trusted. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE... GO TO A PLACE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY GET RESPECT INSTEAD OF LIES AND RUNARAOUNDS.
