SUNSHINE - Where's the SUN?

SUNSHINE, Oh yes our old friend Mr. SUN who you expect to enjoy when you travel so far to a tropical island. We could tell you what all the books say is "normal" weather conditions but our
experiences differ. We remember a Swiss couple Philibert and Daniela who planned to stay the winter of 1990 on Boracay. They followed one of the popular travel guides that all describe June to November as the wet typhoon season and December to the end of May as the warmer dry months. In 1990 it rained so muchin Boracay that they came to The Townhouse Hotel Manila several times and spent much of their holiday on our rooftop sundeck geeting a dark suntan. So come whenever you can get the free time and think positive.
Learn to enjoy Island life as the Filipinos do who  think rainy weather is "bed weather" not "bad weather".  Enjoy the time  with a special companion and if it doesn't clear in a couple of days move on to continue your search for our elusive friend the SUN.

Our Old Friend Mr. SUN'S Visits Vary Each Year

Lorna enjoyed great, dry, sunny weather in June 96 and Bill remembers Sept. 89 being as hot as March to May summer.
Murphy's Law
is the best answer to this most popular question. Has anyone noticed how unpredictable the world's weather can be? THINK SUNSHINE :) SMILE
