TO CATCH A LEPRECHAUN...

I purchased the Haluzak Leprechaun recumbent bike at Atlantic Bicycle. They had a lot of recumbents and took time with my wife and I to talk about their recumbents, and teach us how to ride. Atlantic Bicycle is the place to go if you are in the market for a recumbent in south Florida.

I purchased the 2000 year Leprechaun, which did not have the suspension fork, for around $1800. Wow - serious money, but it really is a phenominal bike. It performs like a racing upright and has the weirdness factor of a recumbent. I am still enjoying riding it (2006).

Like my DoubleVision (Tandem Recumbent Bicycle) Experience explains, I haven't yet gathered up the courage to spend $4000 on a recumbent tandem.
