The Culinary Institute of America is the other CIA. They have a major facility in Hyde Park, NY, about a mile south of the the ancestral home of FDR. There are the teaching facilities and four restaurants staffed by students. We pick up wine from the Windsor Vineyards tasting room about 15 miles further south, so it is a nice day trip to stop here for lunch and pick up our wine.
