 My Personal Goals

My persoanl goals: Weight 145 Pound in about 65 weeks, Cut or burn 3,500 calories per week

90 day goal lose 11 pounds

My current Body Mass Index or BMI is around 37.2
My Resting Metabolic Rate or RMR is 1633.125
Based on my current activity level wich is sedentary my actual calorie intake is 1959.756
I will need to cut/Burn 466 calories or cut 349.5 cal. and burn 116 cal.
I should try and limit my calories to 1622 per day


The recommended distribution of your daily calories is:

carbohydrates: 243 g
protein: 41 g
fat: 54 g

The recommended daily amounts of key vitamins and minerals are:
sodium: 2400 mg
calcium: 1000 mg
cholesterol: 200 mg
vitamin D: 5 mcg

A look at my bad eating habits that made me the way I currently am.

I am the type that likes to not eat all day I am never hungry until say 11pm. Then I eat a large high sweet or carb. meal and then try and go to bed around 1am. This is putting my body into starvation mode and when it does get food then it hordes it and makes it into fat. I rarely get thirsty so I don't drink enough water. I love most foods except raw cauliflower and coconut. I will eat almost any veg, fruit, meat. I am not a picky eater I just don't eat then gorge a bit at one meal. Eating to me is a pleasure or reward or to make myself feel good. All of the wrong reasons to eat food.

Here is my daily diary:

1/16/08 just getting things started by planning a little more what I am going to eat while I was at work from 4p-12a. That is it. As I said it is just a start. I need to work on this every day. Ate a few things that I should not have but at least I ate a little for the 8 hours I worked. Better but needs lots of improvement. Once my kitchen is clean I think I will be able to move forward more with my plans.
