Jen is planning a
great WDW Trip! Looking at Nov 2009. Anyone can come along
Disney Info
Updated
on: 5/1/08
I
love Walt Disney World and love to take as many trips as I
can.
I
am working on examples of the type of Disney vacations available so
everyone can get a feel for the cost and time frame. We will need to make
some decisions soon to make sure we can get rooms for the time we want to
go.
Below is an email from a friend of mine that is the group tour
business. I will be working on my own and through her to get the best bang
for our buck. Please come up with a list of how many people you think you
will bring so we can get an estimate on the number of people that are
interested. Call me and leave a message. Remember anyone that gives me the
money guarantee is welcome to come along so bring everyone you know since
the more the merrier and better
prices!
“Hi Jenny! The group number is 407-WDISNEY for group
packages. If you had dates in mind, I could call and find out room
rates - also you would have to decide which hotel you would like to stay
at. I am working with a group that is staying at either the Pop
Century or Music All Star Resort (low end affordable) and their room rate
is running at $129, $144 with tax per night for the middle of March.
They only need about 5 rooms each night. If you get 15 rooms or more
each night, you get a better group rate. I have another group that
has 15 rooms each night coming in Jan. and their rate at the Port Orleans
Resort is $116, $130.50 with tax. A transfer on a motor coach from the
airport to the resort would be $270 each way ($540 round trip) which you
could then split up between the amount of people paying to go on the trip.
Do you know how many days you would like to spend at the park? Let
me know and I could call and get ticket prices. Also once you decide on
dates the earlier the better with airfare. If you book early you
might luck out with a $250 price, the group I have going in March is just
looking at airfare now and they cheapest we can get them is $375.
Thanks”

Disney Grand
Gatherings
I think if we can get at least 5 people we can be a Grand
Gathering.

Here are some great examples to get you
thinking
The
more people in the group and the more days you stay, the cheaper it will
cost you per day.
When to go. End of May before the schools
get out is the best time to go to Disney; it is cool in the morning and at
night but it still gets hot enough in the middle of the day to go on water
rides and swimming.
