Sour Cream Chicken
This is another easy one dish meal, it's creamy and smooth and I haven't had anyone turn it down yet!!
Ingredients
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or Tysons chicken Tenders)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 12oz container of sour cream (I normally use fat free)
2 Tbs Sherry cooking wine
3 Cups cooked rice (I use my rice cooker)
How To
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large oven casserole dish (at least 9x9x1) combine all the ingredients (except rice) and stir thoroughly.
Bake 45 minutes, you can test for doneness by cutting open a piece of the chicken, if it's no longer pink it's finished, sometimes the breast pieces will take longer than the tenders. Serve over cooked rice, add some green beans and garlic bread and you've got a great meal!
