Saint Malo 'Intra-muros' (Within the Walls)
Our hotel was Hotel l'Univers. Most of the meals were with the other conferees, like Thierry Conrad and Wolfgang Werner. The area is noted for the very high tides, up to 13 meters. Just outside the city, in Rotheneuf, are granite rock sculptures.
