I was born in the cool 50's,
grew up in the psychedelic 60s,
and stumbled through the 70s
and the 80s as a single mom.
Four generations!

I graduated from William S. Hart High School,
moved to the "Valley", then
up north to the mountains.
I have recently retired from the telecommunications field and just love being home.
I'm continuing to take classes at the college and have been going to aerobics, yoga, painting and sewing classes and continue to pursue my favorite hobby--Shopping!!!
Hey! Retirement didn't last very long, did it?
So, what am I doing now? Am I crazy? I went back to work. I now work in a Non-Profit agency called the Golden Umbrella. This is a Senior Services organization that helps to keep older adults active and able to stay in their own homes rather than a skilled nursing facility. I am honored to be a part of this organization.
It's never too late to go back to school. I have enjoyed going to
college and meeting new people. The world is open to those who go
after their dreams and never give up.
To the many friends I've met along the way, my life has been
enriched by knowing you!
Although we may not see each other often, I think of you and
treasure the memories.
