U.S. Department of Commerce, Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Operations Delores "Dolly" Harrod is pictured meeting with Ambassador Linda Tsao Yang, U.S. Executive Director to the Asian Development Bank. They had detailed discussions at the ADB on February 6, 1998 on how to further improve the operations of the Office of the U.S. Commercial Liaison to the ADB. DAS Harrod also met with several other senior officials of ADB including: Peter Sullivan, Vice President; Nalin Samarasinghe, Chief, Central Operations Service Office; Peter Pedersen, Senior Procurement Officer and Robert Salamon, Chief Information Officer. Dolly made a point to meet with several U.S. business visitors to the ADB and also discussed the ADB Liaison Office with U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines Thomas Hubbard.
