- Management of all
aspects of Facilities Maintenance on a $12,000,000 a year award fee based contract.
- Supervision of housing, vehicles, communication
maintenance, and janitorial, custodial, and grounds-keeping personnel.
- Established preventive maintenance procedures
for all equipment and facilities.
- Setup required warehouse stock of materials and
supplies.
- Monitored facilities turn-over during start-up.
- Developed and wrote computerized maintenance programs for headquarters and all sites.
1985-1992: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
General Dynamics, Peace Vector II, Beni Suef,
Egypt
- Direct Supervision
of 29 local national technicians, craftsmen, groundskeepers, and
administration personnel in a self contained environment.
- Responsible for all
preventive maintenance and repair of 120 housing units and other
personnel support facilities, including roads, grounds, and entomology/pest
control.
- Maintained strict American standards of living
in direct support of U. S. Air force and Civilian Contractors
assigned to the F-16 Peace Vector program.
1984-1985: FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
E-Systems Inc., Multinational Forces, Sinai,
Egypt
- Supervision and Training of 47 local national
technicians in the repair and maintenance of air conditioning,
refrigeration, and electrical equipment for all housing, administration,
and mess facilities.
- Direct support of 2000 members of the
MFO peace keeping force.
1977-1984: INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN II
Daniel Construction Co., Pfizer Chemical Project,
Southport, NC.
- Maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration
and air conditioning equipment, up to 8000 tons.
- Unique technical abilities,
allowed me to troubleshoot and repair passenger and freight elevators,
bagging and palletizing equipment, electrical and electronic industrial
controls, and instrumentation calibration.
