the IFFET HOTEL back in 1991, no A/C , no double glazing , nor swimming pool available yet..., but old fashioned ceiling fans and wonderful orange coloured canopies... by the way, the IFFET was established back in 1986-as one of the first 3 hotels opened during the same year...
