Scuba Diving, There is nothing like the feeling of slipping unter the water and floating with the coral. I have to say that I got spoiled by learning to dive in Micronesia and haven't been able to dive in the frigid waters of the North Atlanic. But lots of people do it. I think I'll stick to the warm blue waters of the Tropics that I know and love.
Travel Gee, ya think? So travel is in my blood. Even though I was born and raised in the very stationary culture of New England, my grandfather was a wanderer who visited nearly every country in the world. I was lucky enough to inherit his travel genes. So far, I've been to Micronesia(Various islands in the western Pacific, Thailand, Austrailia, Viet Nam, and Bali. I've alo visited a few places around the US. (but not as many as I would like.) Now I've learned that as much as I love to talk about my adventures, not very many people like to hear about them. So, I'll stop now and if you want to hear more, than e-mail me.
Reading Pretty much anything and everything I can get my hands on. This goes really well with the travel thing as there is not much else to do on long plane rides. (Usually the movies are terrible)
Musicals Not performing in them, watching and listening to them. I've seen all the majors (Phantom, Les Mis, Miss Saigon, etc.) and some of the minors. Since I got my CD Player in my car, I have been known to be seen (and heard, unfortunately) passionately belting out the lyrics to one of the afore mentioned shows. Well,if you don't like my singing than don't drive in Boston. =>
Step Aerobics Ok, I am not just kissing up to the health police. I realy do enjoy Step. You don't need to be as coordinated as you do for regular aerobics, and it is alot more interesting than mindlessly running on a treadmil like a hamster on one of those squeaky wheels.
So that's it for now. There are more that I will include later, but I figure, why reveal all things at once? Here are some links that relate to my interests(or hobbies, whatever you choose to call them)
The Lonely Planet. If you are planning on going anywhere (or nowhere), this is the place to check out first. It has really great pictures.
