A private villa with its own swimming pool, in a secluded and beautiful location, is most peoples` idea of a holiday heaven.

That is exactly what we offer to you, two Aegean style villas, builded outside of the village, with their own, private swimming pool and many other facilities that make them ideal for holidays and a place for relax and rest.

The villas

Nothing can equal the character and charm of a dwelling built for practical family living. It has that lived in feeling you get from a favourite item of clothing, or sitting in a comfortable old armchair. And there is no better way to experience the real Cyprus than to live in close proximity to the warm-hearted local people as they go unhurriedly about their rural daily life, unimpressed by frivolous excesses of mass tourism.

The villas have the linen changed once per week. A welcome pack is included, as well as many maps about the island and its beauties, and some games for the swimming pool and some toys for small children.

When entering the charming villas there is an open-plan living area with room for a folding bed, suitable for a child, a breakfast bar and a well equipped kitchen with an oven, grill, fridge and many other facilities contributing to the feeling of luxury, like in the visitor s own home.

There is a television (with English channels also). The prices are based on four, five or six persons in a villa.


These 2 villas share a large swimming pool (6.5x12.5 2.5 metres depth), with sunbeds making them particularly suitable for a large family or group of up to twelve people, although they can also be booked separately.

The swimming pool, has total view, to the Pissouri bay, the vineyards which are plenty in this area and give a traditional look to the village, and the beautiful Mediterranean sea!

GENERAL ITEMS: Weekly bed-linen & towels provided (excluding swimming-pool towels). A garage. A large garden and a private one for each house. Also a join swimming-pool. Eight sunbeds Swimming pool games.
BED/BATHROOMS: One double-bedded room and one twin-bedded room. Bathroom (first floor) and a W.C. A join balcony
KITCHEN ITEMS: Fridge, grill, oven, cooker, a toaster, Utensils for six.
LIVING ROOM: Two sofa, one folding settee suitable for two persons, table and 2 side-tables a television. Two verandas.
