Duties: Brainstorm meeting participation, assistance in writing project proposals, projecting complete estimates for resources, timings and costings for functional and creative integration of projects. During projects my responsibilities included work scheduling, resource booking, organization and tracking of time and work effort. Functions included reporting, tracking and weekly summaries, including tagging and resolving lags and inefficiencies. Reconciliation and end of project reports included work completed, timelines, costings, department efficiency and utilization and recommendations for future projects. While at X/M Harrow I also concentrated on catching up with media trends and examining the multimedia industry in Australia.
