Catherine Wilson was employed by me from March 1995 until August 1997. I took Catherine on as graduate for a post ( Research & Development Co-ordinator) that demanded skills most graduates would not possess. I hired Catherine because I recognised in her the potential to develop into a team leadership role, to acquire new tracts of knowledge and multiple skills quickly and for her excellent communication skills written and aural . These qualities combined with her intuitive commercial sense led me to hire her although she had no work experience in the area of New Media development at the time.

While Catherine was employed here , she never let me down. She accepted and conquered each new challenge and quickly built a broad portfolio of generic and applied skills. I found Catherine to be completely honest, responsible, reliable and dependable. Her initially reserved manner can conceal her assertiveness and abilitiy to get the job done.

Catherine made an important contribution to the development of Arthouse. Her role as my right hand in managing our participation 15 European research contracts is a testament to her ability to deliver.

On a personal level, Catherine works extremely well with her peers in a team framework. She also works well with senior colleagues in an interdepartmental collaborative framework. Catherine is also fully capable to working alone and will deliver well given stated objectives.

Catherine became our European Projects Co-ordinator and our New Media projects Co-ordinator in the Research & Development division at Arthouse after a about year working with us in recognition of her contribution and ability.
I believe Catherine will be an asset to whomever employs her no matter which career direction she determines to take. She is trained to acquire new skills and knowledge quickly and has very strong foundation knowledge from which to work. Her ability to apply new media as a tool for working and a medium for working give her a distinct market advantage.

I wish Catherine every success in following her own pathway now.

Catherine Wilson was employed at X/M Harrow from February until July 1998. During that time she demonstrated excellence as a producer and project manager, earning the respect of her managers and production staff.

Catherine was a dedicated and conscientious member of the team at X/M Harrow who displayed a high degree of prefessionalism, intelligence and creativity in her work and I am sure that she will carry these qualities into any new organisation that is fortunate enough to secure her services.
