Funny thing happened in Zürich the summer of 1998, 800 cows invaded the city. They came dressed in formals, in casuals, and in drag. The came disguised as tigers, turtles, snakes, water buffalo, and even a giraffe. They were everywhere; on the streets, on roofs, on elevators, in ditches, and even one with his head (literally) through a window. There was a report that one cow took a dip in the Limmat river (I don't think this was intended though). Many very creative cows. It was truly the year of the cow in Zürich.
Natalie took it upon herself to ride each and every cow in Zürich, she almost got every one. Here is what we saw all over the city:
Yes, the cow on the left is in garters (very sexy).
The cow with the fork in it is in front of the most famous Swiss chocolate shop Sprüngli's.
Why you ask? Silly question, because it's fun. The Swiss love to have fun (even if it means being silly).
We heard that there was an invasion of lions some years ago, which explains that large feline on our neighbor's deck.
