Welcome to Bontoc , Mountain Province. This is the center of the Cordilleras. It is actually one town, with four accents of one dialect that is readily noticed by visitors.

The new building was The Former Provincial Library. The very old decrepit library was replaced by this building, to be the new Provincial Library. However, so that the Province can earn money, the Building, instead of housing the Provincial library, was rented out as an income-generating move of the Provincial Office. The Provincial Library is now housed by a wooden building below this. The Children's playground was the former Tennis Court.
