The Undead Master Melody Maker's
Final Words This Incarnation:
The following people are those who made the most
Impression in my life, and of them I post,
As I look back on my life and remember the good times
And put it all down in a number of verses and rhymes:
Vandral, Thief of Hearts,
Myst of many false starts,
Arden and his bears,
Nullrick and his dares,
Delacroix who often teased me,
But during the really bad times eased me,
Columbo, cloud ranger, friend since childhood,
Neutral he was, but to most he was good,
Crellan, who showed me Ragers could be nice,
Eekare, who let me sing "Fire and Ice",
Dominique, who let me charm him
As long as I didn't harm him,
Pustofioll, Tripitaka and Molly
Who after many an unfortunate folly
returned to me my wedding ring
(It was, you see, a "girl thing").
All the Ragers who dealt me grief
(From assassin to ranger to warrior to thief)
By attacking me two or three on one:
It showed no courage, but it must have been fun.
I understand it was to get to Jandor,
And not against me. Well, I respect their candor.
Pippin, tho taught me the Bardic Codes,
Entertained me with "Chronicles of the Fallen" odes,
Who now sets my Bardic Code and Rules
For Survival to verse for new bardic fools.
Nepenthus and his toddler steaks
(And his inner heartaches),
Zraqkhyss whose ambition always came first
So his private life suffered the worst:
I never wanted our friendship to end,
So despite appearances, I'm still his friend.
Zauephuaes, evil Lord of the Grave,
Several fine pieces of equipment me gave,
And when I needed a friend, he lent an ear,
And I knew that an ally was always near.
Gyrodex, ex-Leader of Master Cabal:
First time I met him I suffered a fall
('Twas the time I sang before the Destructor)...
Ah, many Masters of old, whom I knew, are no more...
Eumenides and Fentis, friends of my old age,
Each a disciplined dark-elf mage,
And the assassins, Sakaii and Meriadoc, who
Helped me rise to the rank of forty-two.
And Most Important of All:
Jandor, who gave me a private life
As best friend and when he asked me to be his wife.
He made me laugh, he gave me joy,
We even had a baby boy.
And despite the turn our lives had taken,
I've never my love for him forsaken.
I'll never forget those loving times we were together.
My spirit shall treasure those memories forever.

[Historic Note: This may well have been the first rhyming final note anyone had written upon final death, paying tribute to friends and enemies as many who belong to cabals are wont to do. Esarvee belonged to no cabal, but to Thera, so this was, as all her songs, posted to All... She did not die alone. Molly, Pustofioll, and a Dark-Elf named Vordarian who was among the last she performed marriage ceremony for, kept her company with conversation, and an Elf cleric named Marmoreal visited her at the Altar in New Thalos to ease the pain of her final passing, healing her and blessing her. Eventually, since Nazmorghul missed being there, her ghostly form lost cohesiveness and she faded into his realm beyond the Silent Gates, all the while promising that she would break out and live again.]
