Thalior's Song
Defile not Nature's beauty
Or answer to this cloud.
He wanders all the woodlands.
Of the forests he is proud.
He has two bears who help him:
Each is his faithful friend.
Defilers of the forests will
Face an unpleasant end.
With flame red cape a-glowing,
His midnight hair with the wind a-flowing,
He stares through you with his icy blues.
He guards the woods with vigilance,
Preserving Nature and balance with diligence.
Don't you dare his beautiful forests abuse!
He tries to keep a balance
In the world (as it should be),
With neither good nor evil
Claiming final victory.
He has battled many a creature
In his rise to better himself,
Along the way helping giant,
Felar, gnome, and dwarf and elf.
You have a right to live, he says,
Regardless of your calling,
Whether warrior or bard,
You should not suffer lethal mauling.
With flame red cape a-glowing,
His midnight hair with the wind a-flowing,
He stares through you with his icy blues.
He guards the woods with vigilance,
Preserving Nature and balance with diligence.
Don't you dare his beautiful forests abuse!
[Historic Note: From the time this song was posted, Thalior referred to himself as Esarvee's giant protector. He provided her with limited equipment from the Elemental Valley, including four harps. Absent from her life for a long time, he suddenly reappeared during Jandor's long absence, just in time to defend her from a group of BattleRagers who attacked her group. He died defending her, and died his final death soon thereafter. Esarvee mourned his passing for quite some time.]
