Hints and Cheats My best suggestion for Duke Nukem is to play with both the mouse and the keyboard. If you have a three button mouse, set the left button to Fire, the right button to Mouse Look, double-click right to Use, the middle button to Strafe, and double-click middle to Jump. Put your left hand on the keyboard, stretched over the arrow keys and the shift/enter key. The crosshair, enabled with the I key, really helps in aiming. You may also want to try mouse aiming (U key), and you also might want to increase the mouse sensitivity.
