Quest for Glory: The Hero's Guild Hall

Silmaria is a city by the sea on the island of Marete. Everything had been peaceful, until now. The king has been assassinated by a deadly poison from an unknown killer. The castle walls are being seiged by mercenary soldiers from Hesparia and the fishing villages are being invaded.. Sea travel is no long safe with the sea folk declaring war. Monsters now roam freely and attack any who they find. Amidst this chaos, a century-old prophecy of doom tells of worse events to come. Unless you can stop this, a dragon will rise up again and take shape, destroying the island. the Archmage Erasmus sent you here, for there is need of a hero. You must stop this evil by becoming ruler of the land by passing the Rites of Rulership. The seven rites are the Rite to Freedom, Conquest, Valor, Destiny, Courage, Peace and Justice. Do what you can to save the land, or die with your friends at the poison of the assassin. With nothing certain, you must venture out and finish your Quest for Glory...

Multi-player support with internet play - up to 3 people (note: due to Sierra giving Lori and Cory Cole a very limited budget, this featured was never implemented).
The Particle System - A new technique being added into the game. It allows bubbles to trail our hero while he/she swims underwater, makes blood splatters and sparks fly during battle, makes explosions look realistic, makes it when a fireball is thrown a particle trail follows it.
Meet up with old friends and new ones- Elsa, Wolfie (a man who has a thing for daggers), the head of FACS, Pholus and more.
3-d acceleration - Some cards will enhance certain game features, but the game is not dependent on them.
At least two new abilities that I know of - pickpocketing and swimming
Thieves will be able to steal from other players in multy-player. You will have to put your money in a bank to be safe, but even then thieves may break in.
Chance Thomas, an Emmy winner, three-time Telly Award winner, and an Aurora Award winner is going to compose the QFG5 music. Some of his music can be heard below.
Three new abilities for the paladin.
Thief has the chance to become a chief thief.
