Susie the French Spy

You are Susie the French Spy. Your supervisor has called you into his office to consult about your latest assignment. The French version of the CIA has discovered the existence of an international group of terrorists. They have been unable to learn much more about this group, but they have managed to intercept a message to an agent called Jean-Claude. Jean-Claude is scheduled to travel to Shanghai via train in a few hours. According to the intercepted message, Jean-Claude will rendezvous with someone called Xu Huang when he arrives in Shanghai.

"Your job," says your supervisor as she gives you photos of the agent Jean-Claude, "is to track this Jean-Claude and learn as much about the international terrorist group as possible."

You know that you can still make it to the train Jean-Claude will be riding. On the other hand, you could fly to Shanghai. That would give you extra time to poke around the city before you would meet Jean-Claude's train.

Will you fly to Shanghai? Or will you try to catch the train?
