Lyre of Durability.

PRICE: 1,200 gold pieces

This four-string lyre is of exemplary quality, having been crafted by a brilliant Bard O'Bragi. It is crafted from the finest Forestanian Bois-de-Plume-Jaune [Yellow Featherwood], weather-proofed and glossed with a traditional Baleric finish. The lyre is further embellished with gold-leaf flourishes and butterfly motifs, which have both been protected with a secondary finish. There is an accompanying travelling case of soft, treated leather, with tooled flourishes to match those upon the beautiful instrument. Although the lyre is unstrung, two complete sets of high standard cord are also provided with this item, for no additional cost. If requested by the purchaser, the lyre can be fitted with one of the sets, by our qualified staff, again at no additional cost. It is assured, even guaranteed, that when it is properly strung, the lyre's sound is rich and melodious.

The lyre has been bestowed with a further super-normal ability to resist the wears of weather, usage, and aging. This enchantment was invested into the instrument by the careful work of gifted Bard, Tremblemain O'Bragi, the same man who crafted it. Tremblemain's work is widely regarded as some of the finest in the free world, and some of his splendid instruments are held in the vaults of the Forestanian Royal Court, for whom he has performed on occasion. Collectors of finer culture and traveling musicians alike would be well advised to consider purchasing this rare and valued piece at such a reasonable price.

Profits from the sale of this item are promised to the Bards O'Bragi, who use their earnings to benefit everyone by their continued contributions to the finer culture of us all.
