NOTE: These cheats have been disabled in some versions.

Type the M, L, and I keys at the same time and you will get full health, all the weapons, and all the keys. The only problem with this is that you will lose all of your points; but who cares, right?

In some versions, you can press the M key during the opening screen to give you a jukebox full of songs.

Command Line Parameters:

NOTE: These cheats have been disabled in some versions.
NOTE: (v1.0) means that that item works ONLY with version 1.0.
NOTE: (v1.1+) means that that item works ONLY with version 1.1 or better.

To use the following cheats, start the game like this at the command prompt:

Sod -debugmode OR Spear -debugmode depending on the .exe name.

Type in codes:

NOTE: To activate these cheats you must have started the game the correct way (see above), and then do this:

[Left Shift]+[Left Alt]+[Backspace]

Once you have done this, press Tab with the indicated letter to get the disared effect.

Letter:

           What it does:
B

      Changes the border color.
C

      Tells you the general statistics of the level.
E

      Ends the level and takes you to the next.
F

      Gives you you current X and Y coordinates anf your angle.
G

      God Mode!!!
H

      Makes you hurt yourself.
I

      Gives you extra items.
M

      Shows you your memory usage.
N

      Clipping on (lets you walk through walls) [v1.0].
O

      Shows you an overhead map [v1.0].
P

      Pauses the game.
Q

      Exits the game quickly (a little unstable).
S

      Makes the game run in slow-motion.
V

      Lets you add extra VBL's [v1.1+].
W

      Warps you to a level of your choice.
X

      Gives you extra items [v1.1+].

Misc:

While there is a copy protection breaker for Spear of Destiny, you really do not need one at all. The people who programmed Spear of Destiny must have been fans of the movie "War Games." When you are asked for something from the manual, just type in "JOSHUA" for the answer. You will see the message "Greetings Professor Falken, would you like to play Spear of Destiny? After that, you will be let into the game.
