Crono
Crono, a kid with a wild haircut (even more so than Nester!) and no idea of what he is doing in the beginning of the game is the main character of Chrono Trigger. Along the lines of Secret of Mana (hm....do not the two heroes of these games look an awful lot alike, not to mention the two blonde women folk...makes you wonder, does it not?) Crono starts his adventure by going to the Millenial Fair, an event celebrating the defeat of a wizard named Magus 1000 years earlier.
Crono's choice of weapons is the katana sword, a Japanese weapon. At first he only has a wood katana, or bokken, but as you progress through the game, the power of the swords will increase. Crono's power hit is a hard slice, and then a backhand. Quite a maneauver! Anyhow, on to other things. Crono wields the Lightning magic, and it is some potent stuff! In my opinion this is some of the strongest magic, althouhg Magus's array of spells is quite impressive. Many times, Crono can combine the Lighting magic with another character's Tech, and this produces soem shocking results! Crono's Techs are also neat. I personally like Confuse, it just looks so cool! Other things such as Slash and Spincut also make up his repetoire of attacks.
