Living Armor

The Dark, Chronicles Common
4 Artifact

"T: Sacrifice Living Armor to put a +0/+X counter on target creature, where X is equal to that creature's casting cost."

How many creatures with high casting costs and low toughness can I think of?:

• Wind Spirit
  This combo creates a 5/7 flyer that can't be blocked by only one creature.
• Thrull Champion
  I love my Thrull deck, but I do find my Thrull Champions are the target of many direct damage spells. Living Armor is a very efficient means of making your champion 3/8. That should keep it alive a few extra turns.
• Kjeldoran Skycaptain
  This will always be one of my favorite white creatures. Given some Living Armor, the Kjeldoran Skycaptain will be an impressive 2/7 flying, first strike, and banding.
• Eron the Relentless
  Even though Eron can regenerate, the cost is kinda steep. Just make this legend 5/7 with Living Armor, and you probably won't have to keep all that extra mana laying around.
• Ambush Party
  This combo produces a 3/6 first striker. Not bad at all.
