Hmmm. Orca here might just be a good replacement for our newly out of print friend Air Elemental. Unlike most blue creatures of this ilk, Killer Whale surprisingly doesn't have islandwalk. This is actually a decent medium-large blue creature that will fit well into any open slot for a fairly hefty creature in an all blue type II deck. There are quite a few better creatures than Killer Whale in older sets, but in type II, this thing can hold it's own quite well. A modest one blue mana will send this beast into the air for a turn, causing all kinds of goofy combos to come to mind:
